Su-Jin Moreland Senior Attorney
Su-Jin is a California attorney who has advised some of the world’s most recognized technology and Internet companies in all stages of growth from venture-backed start-up companies to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. She started her legal career in 1999 at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo Alto, California specializing in venture capital and private equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, U.S. securities law compliance, general corporate law matters as well as California and Federal employment and employee benefits law. In 2004, she joined Mattel, Inc. as one of their in-house corporate counsel handling inter-company matters involving Mattel’s world wide subsidiaries, advising on the enforceability and exploitation of intellectual property rights as well as other commercial transactions.
Su-Jin has joined Thompson Legal Advisory Services to support clients in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law and commercial transactions.
