Michelle McKinney Legal Assistant

Michelle McKinney has been working with Tamara Thompson since February 2004 on a variety of transactions and documents, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, corporate documentation, licensing and contracts. Prior to this she worked at Babener & Associates, Portland, Oregon for 10 years. She has also worked at Middleman and Pritel in Sonoma. She lives in Hidden Valley Lake, California with her family.
