Licensing & Contracts

Tamara has extensive experience representing as well working opposite large, medium and small companies on licensing transactions and other commercial contracts. She has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements, including intellectual property transfer agreements and licenses for use by her clients in the U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific and other locations. She also frequently assists clients with localizing their contracts for use in the US and the UK.

Within her client’s organizations, Tamara frequently supports CFOs/finance directors, sales, business development and marketing functions. She also supports in-house attorneys, contract administrators and negotiators who would like assistance or additional capacity. Tamara also provides end-of-quarter support, as well as vacation, maternity and other leave coverage.
