Tamara has extensive experience with entity formation and general corporate law matters. Since 2001, she has successfully incorporated and represented numerous entities on formation and initial “start-up” matters through trade sale or other exit to buyers in the U.S., Europe, India and Asia.
Tamara also works closely with numerous venture capital and private equity firms, corporate investors, law firms and company founders on advising on entity formation, corporate law and corporate governance matters. Given her extensive experience with Venture Capital & Private Equity financings, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Licensing & Commercial Contracts and corporate law matters, she is well suited to handle the various matters that can arise throughout the life of a company.
