Experience & Focus

We offer a deep well of expertise across a variety of industries and growth stages, from pre-formation counselling to growth and expansion financings at all stages, flips, restructurings and exit transactions. We have come from top law firms in the US and several of us have held general counsel and other in-house positions as well.

International Focus

Over 80% of our work is international. We have extensive international experience and work effectively and efficiently across multiple time zones. We are based in San Francisco and other parts of Northern California, San Diego and the East Coast. We also, when travel and time permit, are frequently in London, Germany and other parts of Europe.
