We are a boutique law firm that provides extraordinary service and high-quality advice to clients in a commercially practical, timely and efficient manner. We’ve been doing so since 2000.

We work with venture capital, strategic and angel investors as well as start-ups. In addition, some of our clients are Fortune 500 and private equity funds. We also represent founders, management teams and other executives and individuals from time to time.
